Prices and Payment
All prices are in $AUD and include Goods and Services Tax. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted, and will be calculated seperately during checkout.
Payment must be received within 5 business days of completing the order, otherwise Cleverpants Pty Ltd reserves the right to sell the items to another customer.
The following methods of payment are accepted:
- Direct deposit (bank details are on the invoice)
- Credit Card - Visa and Mastercard
- Cheque / Australia Post money order
For all methods of payment, the items will only be posted once funds have cleared.
Lay-by
Standard lay-by terms are as follows:
- An upfront payment of 20% of the total order price is required.
- Instalment amounts and frequency are negotiable, but please advise your intentions in your checkout notes.
- The order must be paid for in full within 3 months.
- The order will only be shipped once it has been paid for in full.
- Lay-by is only available to orders over the value of $300.
- Lay-by instalments must be paid by direct deposit.
- Sale prices are not available on lay-by.
Delivery
All orders are shipped using either Australia Post or a courier service. Delivery times can not be guaranteed, but we aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days, and Australia Post and our courier can take 2-7 days to deliver your parcel dependant on your location. Where payment is made by cheque, please allow at upto 5 working days extra for clearance of funds.
Delivery costs are as follows:
- for orders under $100 - $5 flat postage fee
- for orders $100-$500 - $10 flat postage fee
- for orders over $500 - FREE.
During the checkout process, Track and Trace Shipping can be selected which is highly recommended. If a parcel is lost by Australia Post or the courier, we will help as much as possible to locate it, however ultimately Cleverpants Pty Ltd can not be held responsible or provide a refund.
Purchasing
All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Cart" button shown on each product page. When you submit an order for your selection of products by clicking the button "Checkout", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order, and containing the details of your order.
Returns Policy
Change of mind return
The customer has the right to cancel the order within 3 months of purchase, and return the goods for a full refund of the price paid minus any costs incurred by Cleverpants Pty Ltd. It is the customer's responsibility to give notice of their wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email or letter. The goods must be returned in original condition, at the customer's expense. Change of mind exchange or refund does not apply to goods on sale.
Cleverpants Pty Ltd cannot accept returns of items which have been used, even if only washed once.
Product warranty
Goods which suffer from a manufacturing defect may be returned within 6 months of purchase. Upon our inspection of the goods, we will repair or replace those goods at our discretion. After 6 months, we are happy to discuss any problems with you, and will try to help but accept no obligation.

Privacy Notice
In order to place an order via our website, it is necessary for us to collect certain information from you. The type of customer information we ask for includes name and address for billing and delivery purposes, day phone number and email address.
Cleverpants Pty Ltd takes seriously the issue of its customer's privacy, and has taken the appropriate measures to ensure with confidence that any information provided by the customer is protected.
Cleverpants Pty Ltd will not sell, share, or rent any of your personal information to any third parties without your explicit permission.
