Prices and Payment
All prices are in $AU and include Tax at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by the following methods: cheque, money order, direct deposit, Visa or Mastercard. If for some reason we cannot fill your order we will contact you.
Delivery
We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 3-10 working days. Where payment is made by cheque, please allow at least 5 working days extra for clearance of funds.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are as follows:
- for orders under $80 - $7 flat postage fee
- for orders $80-$500 - $12 flat postage fee
- for orders over $500 - FREE.
Purchasing
All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within three months of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return the goods for a full refund. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email or letter. The goods must be returned in original condition. In the case of nappies, nappy covers and clothing, this includes that the goods must be both unused and unwashed. Goods must be returned at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Should you order, details of this right will be sent to you with your confirmatory e-mail. Change of mind exchange or refund does not apply to goods on sale.
After-Sales Services and Guarantees
Goods which suffer from a manufacturing defect may be returned within 3 months of purchase. At our discretion we will repair or replace those goods. After 3 months, we are happy to discuss any problems with you, and will, at our discretion, try to help but accept no obligation.
