How to Use this Website

First of all, we want you to feel sure about your purchase, so we've put a lot of information on this website - how to use the nappies, how to wash them, how to figure out what to buy and in what quantities. Take your time to read this information. If you have any questions, just contact us (there's a 'Contact Information' button at the very bottom of this page telling you how to find us).

Secondly, when you've finished browsing and have a reasonable idea of what you want, go to the 'Shop' page.

At any stage, feel free to ask us as many questions as you want - and that includes after you've bought the products too.

How to Order Items

The easiest way to shop is simply to keep adding items you're interested in to the shopping basket, and then adjust the quantities or remove items at the very end.

For most of our items there are a few variations - difference in size, colour or fastening. You will choose which variation you want from a drop-down menu. When you hace selected the options, click on the little 'Add to cart' button near the bottom of the page. This will add that item to the cart.

• Anything can be changed or deleted before you finalise your order. So you can browse comfortably, dropping anything interesting into your cart, and then sort it all out at the end. This includes deleting items, or changing quantities.
• When an item is added to your shopping basket, a summary will appear on the left hand side of the screen, under the title 'Shopping Basket'. If you want to adjust your shopping basket as you go, just click on the arrow next to the title 'Shopping Basket', or click on the text 'Cart Contents' up in the top right corner of the screen.

To delete an item, when you are in the screen looking at all of the items in your cart, tick the box under the heading 'Remove' for the product you want to remove. Then press 'Update'.

Do I have to give my credit card details?

Completely up to you. If you don't want to do so, just choose the cheque / money order / direct deposit payment option when you finish shopping. You will receive an email giving you payment instructions.

However, if you are considering paying by credit card, you should know that we have a very secure system operated through National Australia Bank. We at Cleverpants never receive your credit card details - they go straight to the bank, which has very secure systems in place.

How much is postage?

It depends on the size of your order, so see our Terms and Conditions. But basically it's either $7, $12 or free, depending on the size of your order. All items are sent certified delivery.

What do I do if I still can't figure this out?
